Setapp

Setapp Design Sprints

Setapp was a middle-sized Software House from Poznań. While I was working there I had an opportunity to work on relatively new field for UX and UI: Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Realities.

With Setapp I created couple of apps and conducted many user studies and workshops with customers (like Design Sprint 2.0). Here you would find some of the more interesting projects.

Task

Facilitation of Design Sprint (2.0) workshops for external and internal clients.

Research, design and validation of web and mobile apps from idea up to delivered MVPs.

Creation of AR app demos used by the sales team to showcase real-world use cases to potential customers.

AR app demos

AR app demos to showcase real‑world use cases to potential customers

Project centered around promoting and showcasing real-world application of AR technology to company clients.

The goal was to create 2 demos that can be used by the company sales department during various events as a selling tool.

In the project I was responsible for the entire design process, from research, through ideation with the team up to prototyping and testing phases.

Rhea Design Sprint 2.0

Rhea was a Design Sprint (2.0) for an app that aimed to help achieve agreement between divorced parents.

In the Design Sprint for "Rhea" project I was a part of a team consisting of customer, developers and business development members. I was in charge of assisting the team from the UX side, facilitating the workshop, creation of prototype and evaluation with end users.

Design Sprint 2.0 was a process popularized by A.J. & Smart agency that aimed to squeeze in the entire process of Design Thinking in just 4 days (vs 5 days for "regular" design sprints).

Fantasy Poker

"Fantasy Poker" — a Design Sprint for a mobile game

"Fantasy Poker" was a Design Sprint done for a mobile game conducted for a game dev studio.

In the Design Sprint for "Fantasy Poker" I was a part of a team consisting of customer team, developers and business members. I was in charge of assisting the team from the UX side, facilitating the workshop, creation of prototype and validation with the end users.

It was a rare occasion for me to work something totally different than usual mobile or web apps. Project finished after 4 days sprint, with prototype prepared and validated for implementation of MVP.

  • Rhea: validated a working MVP prototype from just 2 days of client workshops through to development-ready design.
  • Fantasy Poker: took a mobile game concept from sprint kickoff to a validated, implementation-ready MVP prototype in 4 days.
  • Owned end-to-end design across AR, mobile, and web projects — research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing — over a 6-month engagement.
